Atera is an Israeli IT management company that sells an all-in-one platform combining remote monitoring and management, ticketing, help desk and patch management for managed service providers and internal IT teams. The platform also includes AI Copilot for technicians and Robin, an AI agent that autonomously diagnoses and fixes device and cloud issues for employees. Atera makes money by charging a monthly or annual subscription per technician with unlimited endpoints rather than billing per device.
