Automation Anywhere is a software company that builds a cloud platform for intelligent process automation. Its core products are software robots, or bots, that automate repetitive, rules-based office tasks such as data entry, invoice processing and customer-service workflows. The company has repositioned around what it calls Agentic Process Automation, embedding generative-AI agents alongside traditional robotic process automation so software can carry out multi-step work across finance, IT, HR and customer support.
