About Dragos
Dragos is a cybersecurity company that protects the operational technology and industrial control systems running power grids, pipelines, factories and other critical infrastructure. Its main product is the Dragos Platform, software that gives industrial operators visibility into their assets, manages vulnerabilities and detects threats inside industrial networks. Dragos makes money by selling subscriptions to the platform and its threat intelligence, along with services such as incident response, threat hunting and penetration testing. The company was founded in 2016 by Robert M. Lee, Jon Lavender and Justin Cavinee and is headquartered in Hanover, Maryland. In June 2026, Accenture agreed to acquire a majority stake in the company at a $3.25 billion valuation, with Dragos continuing to operate as an independent business.
