Habi is a Colombian residential real estate technology company that buys, sells and finances used homes across Colombia and Mexico. It uses proprietary pricing data and AI to make cash offers, remodel and resell properties, and help families get mortgages through bank partners. Habi also provides valuation tools and broker-facing software so agents and lenders can price homes and close deals faster.
