About inDrive

inDrive is a global mobility and urban services platform best known for ride-hailing that lets passengers and drivers negotiate fares instead of taking an algorithm-set price. Beyond rides, it also offers intercity trips, courier and grocery delivery, freight, advertising and financial services for drivers across more than 1,100 cities in 48 countries. inDrive makes money mainly by taking a commission on completed rides and other marketplace transactions, with advertising and adjacent services contributing a growing share. Founder and CEO Arsen Tomsky started the company in Yakutsk in 2013; it is now headquartered in Mountain View, California.
