About Lyte

Lyte is a physical AI company that builds the perception layer for robots and other autonomous machines. Its main product, LyteVision, is a vertically integrated sensing module that fuses 4D coherent vision, high-resolution RGB imaging and inertial sensing onto a single synchronized timeline, running on custom silicon the company designs itself. These modules, together with the company's LyteGalaxy spatial intelligence platform, give robots real-time spatial data they can use to navigate and act safely in dynamic environments. Lyte makes money by selling its sensing silicon and perception modules to robotics and industrial customers across the inspection, logistics and manufacturing sectors. The company was founded in 2021 by Alexander Shpunt, Arman Hajati and Yuval Gerson, engineers behind the 3D depth-sensing technology that powered Microsoft Kinect and Apple Face ID.
