About OYO

OYO is an Indian hospitality technology company that operates a multi-brand network of hotels, vacation homes and extended-stay properties across more than 35 countries. Hotel and home owners use its technology and operating standards to attract guests and run properties, while travellers book stays through OYO's apps and website. OYO makes money from franchise and management fees and from company-serviced hotels, including the Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands in North America after its 2024 purchase of G6 Hospitality. It was founded by Ritesh Agarwal and its parent company now operates under the Prism name.
