About Ramp

Ramp is a financial operations platform that helps businesses control and reduce their spending. Its core products include corporate charge cards, automated expense management, bill payments, procurement, vendor management and a treasury product for holding and earning on idle cash. All of these can connect to a company's accounting systems to automate bookkeeping. The platform uses AI to flag wasteful spending, automate manual finance work and, more recently, help companies track and manage the cost of their AI usage. Ramp makes money mainly from interchange fees earned when customers spend on its cards and from subscription fees for its higher-tier finance software.
