About Reflection AI

Reflection AI is an artificial intelligence research company building frontier open-weight language models and autonomous agents. It created Asimov, an autonomous coding agent that reads a company's source code, documentation, and internal communications to understand how a software system was built and to help engineering teams research and work across large codebases. The company positions itself as an open alternative to closed labs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, releasing model weights publicly while keeping its training datasets and infrastructure proprietary. It plans to earn revenue by selling access to large enterprises that build products on its models and to governments developing sovereign AI systems.
