About Synthesia
Synthesia is a British company that makes an AI video platform for businesses. The software turns written text into professional videos presented by lifelike AI avatars, removing the need for cameras, studios and actors. Enterprises mainly use it to create training, onboarding and internal communications videos, which can be translated into more than 160 languages. Synthesia makes money by selling fixed monthly subscriptions and custom-priced enterprise plans. The company says its platform is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100.
