About Tabby

Tabby is a Saudi financial technology company that lets shoppers split purchases into interest-free installments. It also offers a broader money app for spending, sending and saving. Tabby makes money by charging merchants when customers pay with Tabby at checkout and in stores, and by providing longer-term consumer financing and working capital to businesses. Shoppers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE can pay in four interest-free payments or over longer plans, and they can use Tabby Card in stores. In the UAE they can also hold funds in Tabby Cash, a fee-free spending account with cashback and transfers. More than 70,000 brands including SHEIN, Amazon, Apple, IKEA, Jarir, Samsung and noon use the platform, which processes more than $18 billion in annualised transaction volume across 25 million registered users. Co-founder and CEO Hosam Arab previously co-founded Namshi, the regional fashion retailer later acquired by Emaar.
