About Valon

Valon is a financial technology company that builds ValonOS, an AI-native operating system for mortgage servicing. The software replaces the separate legacy systems that servicers use for loan data, investor reporting, workflows, compliance and money movement with a single platform. AI agents built into ValonOS handle tasks such as answering homeowner emails, allocating payments and running escrow analyses. Valon makes money by selling ValonOS to mortgage servicers on recurring contracts, and its customers include Rithm Capital's Newrez, Carrington Mortgage Services and ServiceMac. The company first proved the platform by running its own licensed mortgage servicer, which it sold to Carrington in August 2026 to focus fully on software.
