iShares Euro Government Bond 0-1yr UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. It is co-managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the European Monetary Union. It invests in the fixed-rate, Euro-denominated, government bonds with a remaining maturity of up to 12 months. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody's. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Euro Short Treasury (0-12 Months) Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Barclays Euro Treasury Bond 0-1. iShares Euro Government Bond 0-1yr UCITS ETF was formed on March 6, 2009 and is domiciled in Ireland.
