iShares Euro Government Bond 5-7yr UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. It is co-managed by , BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro zone. It invests in Euro denominated, fixed-rate government bonds with a remaining maturity between 5 and 7 years. The fund invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody's. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Euro Government Bond 5-7yr Term Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Barclays Euro Government Bond 5-7 Fund. iShares Euro Government Bond 5-7yr UCITS ETF was formed on April 17, 2009 and is domiciled in Ireland.
