JMM Gold Forum 2026

Sep 30, 2026

Summary

Horse Heaven in Idaho is advancing as a major gold, antimony, and tungsten project, with drilling confirming a large, high-grade gold system and significant critical metals potential. Near-term production from tungsten stockpiles and a maiden resource estimate are expected by Q1 2027.

Craig Lindsay
CEO of U.S. Operations, Resolution Minerals

Abby, thank you very much for that introduction. Johann has covered South America very well. We're going to move up north to North America, to the United States, to the state of Idaho. I'm going to talk to you about our Horse Heaven project. It's a very large emerging gold project that's got a big antimony and tungsten kicker to it. We are listed on the ASX, and very excitingly, we were just recently listed on Nasdaq as well. All right, well, having a little problem with that, but just please review this presentation with this disclaimer in mind. Horse Heaven project, a snapshot here. We are in the state of Idaho. We own this project 100%. It's a 15,000-acre project. The state of Idaho is a fantastic mining jurisdiction. It's very well known for gold, silver, base metals, potash. Very, very supportive jurisdiction.

Horse Heaven, excitingly, is a past producer of both tungsten and antimony. Just as importantly, you people watching this video may be aware of Perpetua Resources and their Stibnite Gold Project. We are immediately adjacent to the Stibnite project, and we are a direct geologic analog with an intrusion-related gold system. Just as importantly, we've got very significant support from the U.S. government in that the Permitting Council has provided FAST-41 coverage for two of our projects, both Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge. What you're looking at here is Golden Gate on the left-hand side of the screen, and then down in the bottom right is Antimony Ridge. Golden Gate at the 40,000 ft level is a large gold project that's recently been the subject of a 12,000 m drill program, 42 holes that we're just in the process of releasing assays on.

Golden Gate also is home to a historic tungsten mine that I will talk about, tungsten being a very hot topic globally these days, with prices up significantly and the United States government working very hard to develop domestic supplies of these materials. The second target, Antimony Ridge, is antimony. It's a past producer of antimony. What's exciting about it? It produced in the First World War, the Second World War, and it's very high-grade antimony. When I say high grade, our high-grade material grades in the region of 30%-50% antimony. The other thing to take away, when you look at this map up here in the left, you'll notice that Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge are an absolute postage stamp on the 15,000-acre project that we have. I mentioned this thing was an intrusion-related gold system.

In 2012, they identified through an aeromagnetic survey, a large intrusion that sits directly beneath the Horse Heaven project and the Stibnite Gold Project. To the east and west of this intrusion that you're looking at are north-south shear zones. The Meadow Creek shear zone on the east side, where Stibnite is located, and on the west side, where we are, we call it the Golden Gate shear zone. Again, north-south shear zones or fault zones, which splay off to the northeast. It's directly analogous. That leads us into this identification of this project being an IRGS model. The takeaway from this slide, without getting deep into the geology, is that you are looking at a project at Horse Heaven that is truly a direct geologic analog to Stibnite. As our lead geologist, Bill Breen says, "This is not an area play. It's not closeology.

This is exactology." Horse Heaven has the exact same geology that Stibnite has, and Stibnite is a 6 million ounce resource with a significant antimony component and tungsten. The same sort of story that we've got. The Stibnite project has a $3+ billion valuation. We are sitting at AUD 100 million in terms of a market cap, and I'm trying to paint a picture of how we're going to catch up to the Stibnite project. Let's look at Golden Gate. Golden Gate is over 2 km long, the strike length of this. We've been drilling last year at Golden Gate North, had some fantastic results. Gold started right at surface, down to 250 m of 1.5 g /t . This year, we started drilling down at Golden Gate South here. It's 2 km south of Golden Gate North. It's on strike to Golden Gate North.

First hole I put out was 305 m of 0.64 g /t , again from surface. The picture I'm trying to paint to you folks is that we've got a strike length that's over 2 km long. It is about anywhere from 400 m-700 m wide, and there is an elevation change of over 1,000 ft on this thing. If this company can prove that Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South is connected, you are onto what will be a very, very significant gold deposit. And we've got these critical metals to back up the story. Near-term catalysts out here, I've talked about these 42 holes that we drilled this year. I've only released on six of those holes. I've got 36 more holes to go.

That's going to lead into a maiden resource estimate in Q1 2027, and a very significant drill program is planned in 2027. This is just showing you some cross-sections from Golden Gate. Again, the takeaway from here is that this gold starts at surface, it goes down up to 300 m, and what you're seeing here is how most of these holes, many of these holes, end in open-ended mineralization. That should give you pause to think about the size potential that we see out there. Also at Golden Gate is this tungsten story, and the tungsten story relates to the fact that the Golden Gate Tungsten Mine produced in the period from the 1950s up to 1980. It was a high-grade mine. They mined a high-grade chute, mined at a grade between 1.5%-2% tungsten in the form of scheelite. That's a very high-grade mine.

We started to hit tungsten mineralization last year at Golden Gate North. We've already announced that some of the drill holes in Golden Gate South under ultraviolet lamps have lit up really nicely. Not only do you have this potential for 2 km of gold mineralization at Golden Gate, you also have the same sort of potential with tungsten. The other thing that's exciting from a tungsten perspective is you're looking at a picture of a mill. We purchased the Golden Gate Tungsten Mill in 2026. That's where tungsten was processed from the Golden Gate Tungsten Mine. At the back of the mine, or the back of the mill, there's over 2,000 tons of stockpiles that grade in between 1.5%-2%. There's another 4,000 tons outside of the mine portal up at Golden Gate.

In terms of a catalyst, we are looking at processing these stockpiles to start generating some near-term cash flow. You look at Antimony Ridge. This is the second target we talked about. This Antimony Ridge, it's about 3,000 ft of historic trenches, 1,000 m long. The U.S. government went in there in the First World War, the Second World War, into the Korean War, and mined these trenches. What they were mining was high-grade antimony. When I say high grade, we have a sample that runs 49.8% antimony with 1,420 g/t silver, and over 3 g/t gold in that sample. These veins are very, very high grade. The takeaway here, it's large scale, it's 1,000 m long. It's about 700 m wide, this target, and there's a vertical elevation of over 250 m.

We're permitting right now to drill off of 50 drill sites next year. We're also permitting a large bulk sample program that will be used to feed into a pilot plant and a demonstration plant that is in development as we speak. When you look at these high-grade veins, you're effectively almost mining a concentrate when you're stripping out this high-grade material. That and the fact that you're within these historic pits, leads to the potential of near-term production. This is not just an exploration story. We are a mine to metals platform. Without getting into the details, the United States, as many of you will know, are working hard to develop domestic supplies of critical metals, antimony and tungsten being very high in the list. We are developing our own in-house hydrometallurgical processing solution for both of those metals.

That's getting some good attention in the highest levels of the U.S. government. Got a strong team backing me up. It's really refreshing. Aharon Zaetz in Sydney has done a great job raising capital. Mendel Rogatsky, one of our executive directors, has a very long and established career at developing projects. Brett Lynch, from a strategic perspective, has joined as a director, and has got a lot of experience in North American critical metals and is doing a great job helping us build out the strategic story. We've got an extremely strong technical team, a great permitting team. It's really a very strong team, which I think is going to allow us to deliver on our story. In summary here, we own this project 100%. I've got 36 holes coming out to the market for you guys to look out for.

We've got a resource estimate coming out in the first quarter of 2027. We've got near-term production potential with processing of these tungsten stockpiles. We've got highest levels of support from the U.S. government, as evidenced by our FAST-41 coverage, both Antimony Ridge and Golden Gate. Look forward to welcoming you folks as investors, and thank you very much.

Thank you so much for that update, Craig. I would just like to remind everyone, if you do have a question today, please use the Q&A function at the bottom of your screen. Firstly, Craig, there is a question here for you. Your latest drilling has extended the Golden Gate South gold mineralization to around 600 m wide. What has that changed in your understanding of the scale of the system over time?

Craig Lindsay
CEO of U.S. Operations, Resolution Minerals

Well, we have been pitching this geologic model of Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South being one connected deposit. Getting drill holes down into Golden Gate South this year, getting that gold mineralization and the thickness of the intercepts that we are getting, the fact that it goes from surface, it is going down 300 m. It is just giving us more and more confidence that this is one large deposit between Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South. It has really strengthened our conviction that we are onto a very large potential gold deposit at Golden Gate.

Just adding onto that as well. You have also hit your highest gold grades to date, including one meter at 14.8 g/t . What do those higher grade zones tell you about the potential at Golden Gate?

Craig Lindsay
CEO of U.S. Operations, Resolution Minerals

Yeah. Well, we have actually had 14 g/t, 7 g/t material coming out at the south end of the target. That leads to the potential for these higher grade veins of a potential underground mining scenario. Grade is king. We all hear that story, and we have got that at Golden Gate. We continue to hit some nice high-grade material, in addition to this disseminated gold that you see out there, as well as the tungsten. The high-grade nature does help differentiate us from some of our other neighbors in Idaho, which are typically lower grade, open pit, heap leach, oxide stories of kind of a half to 0.6 g/t .
