Vanguard Australian Property Securities Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd. It invests in the public equity markets of Australia. The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the real estate investment trusts (REITs), which includes retail, office, industrial, tourism, and infrastructure sectors. It invests in the stocks of large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. Vanguard Australian Property Securities Index ETF was formed on March 27, 1998 and is domiciled in Australia.
