The Investment Banking segment provides capital markets, which provides strategic development solutions; investment & hedging solutions, which manage corporate bonds and alternative debt securities portfolios and offers solutions to SMEs and mid-caps to hedge market risks; structuring; financial securitisations & funding solutions, which is responsible for structuring funding solutions for the Bank and for financial customers; M&A advisory & syndication, which is responsible for the development of investor relations and supporting advisory.
The Specialised Credit segment offers an investments department, including asset, energy, combined credit, and alternative-based solutions areas; business management department, including business monitoring & optimization, pricing & data, and operating model & servicing coordination unit.
The b-ilty segment offers digital banking and lending products and services to business customers. This segment provides deposit and current accounts; account aggregator services; and digital credit and insurance products.
The Digital segment offers current and deposit accounts, account aggregator and payment initiation service, personal loans, american express credit cards and insurance.
It manages the assets of closed-end alternative investment funds, own funds, and third-party institutional investor's funds; and manages IT infrastructure and the funding platform.
