FibraHotel is a Mexican trust created primarily to develop, acquire, own, and operate hotels in Mexico.

Our objective is to provide attractive returns to our CBFI holders through distributions and appreciation in the value of our real estate assets.

Additionally, we will seek to maintain a high-quality hotel portfolio through affiliation with different prestigious brands and operators, as well as geographic diversification and by segments.
