The fund invests through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across real estate, diversified reits, health care reits, hotel and resort reits, industrial reits, office reits, residential reits, retail reits, specialized reits, equity real estate investment trusts (reits), and real estate management and development sectors. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It seeks to track 2x the daily performance of the S&P Real Estate Select Sector Index, by using full replication technique. ProShares Trust - ProShares Ultra Real Estate was formed on January 30, 2007 and is domiciled in the United States.
