About LYBF

Lyxor Euro Corporate Bond ex Financials UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Lyxor International Asset Management S.A. It invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro zone. The fund uses derivatives such as swap agreements to invest in fixed-rate, Euro-denominated corporate bonds issued by all companies except financials with a minimum maturity of one year. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody's. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx Euro Liquid Corporate Non Financials index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as Lyxor UCITS ETF Euro Corporate Bond ex Financials. Lyxor Euro Corporate Bond ex Financials UCITS ETF was formed on October 21, 2009 and is domiciled in France.
