Thank you, Caroline. Good morning, everyone. I'd like to thank the participation of everyone on this call. Like Caroline said, we published this morning the relevant facts of Randon and Frasle Mobility.
I'd like to highlight that these changes that were announced are movements in a natural process that has been planned for some time now and were built with the high management of the company. Today, basically, we have in Randon the current structure with Daniel Randon as President and Sergio Carvalho as CEO. From September 1st, 2025, Daniel Randon accumulating the functions of President and CEO of Randon. At the same time, at Frasle Mobility, we have Sergio Carvalho as President and CEO, Anderson COO. After September 1, 2025, Daniel Randon, President of PRASMA, and Anderson Pontes as CEO. Sergio will continue with his role supporting us in several activities that he will detail as our Senior Executive Advisor. On my side, that's it. I pass the floor to Sergio. Sergio, please.
Thank you, Paulo. Good morning, everyone.
Thank you once again for being with us, as always. As Paulo mentioned, we were planning this transition for some time, and we changed the phase. We are making concrete now the transition. The changes have been already explained by Paulo. The reason that I'm leaving the executive board of the company has to do with my personal situation. It was never a secret to anyone that my family was still residing abroad, and I got to the moment when my 51 years of work in the industry, it's time to initiate a new phase where I need more time to dedicate myself to my family, getting closer to my close family and the expanded family, and leaving the executive part is part of the plan. I can create this availability of time, which is so important to me, something very natural that's happening.
It has been a wonderful journey working with the entire Randon team, the Frasle Mobility team, and being an integral part of the team that are doing the transformation, these important transformations that we have ongoing. It is just a personal decision to. I will continue connected. Can you hear me?
Yes, yes. Please go on, Sergio.
Perfect. For some reason, the screen lost the screen here. I will continue connected to the company with the position or function of Senior Executive Advisor working in several fronts, more topics of strategic nature. I will continue working with acquisitions, supporting, let me put it this way, the big acquisitions, internationalization processes of the company, working with the part of internationalization, strategic planning, disruptive technologies. I will continue to participate in the boards and the Master company, and I hope to continue to mentor some executives.
I will continue connected, very much connected to the company. You might ask yourself, why am I not joining the administration board of Randon or one of Frasle? The answer to this is the vision that I will be able to contribute more, being an advisor, where I could dedicate myself more as an advisor than a part of the board. As part of the board, the amount of time dedicated, the proximity to the business is a bit different. I would be more effective acting here as an advisor in this manner. For this reason, I will continue connected. It's just a change of position, leaving an executive position to an advisor position. We have done a lot of work hand- in- hand with the executive committee, Daniel , and everybody from management. This will continue.
We will continue hand in hand with a different characterization of function. This transition starts now on May 1st, and it goes to the end of August, beginning of September. We have several months for this transition where gradually I will leave my functions. Daniel and Anderson will incorporate more and more of these functions in their day-to-day. On September 1st, I will work exclusively in my new position as advisor to the companies, and I return to the U.S. during this transition period. Now, I pass the floor to Daniel to continue this presentation.
Thank you so much, Sergio. Good morning, everyone. Thank you so much for your presence.
I want to thank Sergio and Paulo for the words and reinforce that Randon, in their 76 years, we are reaching an important point where Randon, through the leadership of Sergio Carvalho and our colleagues of COMEX, went from a company that's becoming more global with an international presence, and we are able to improve governance with the market, with policies, especially in a new moment where the executive committee is more robust. Sergio, in the last three years as CEO, was able to reinforce even more this work of delegating to the executives and improving their formation training. We have a robust COMEX with, when Paulo Batistucci came, the Pontes's position, and Escoboza as Vice President, with a new structure that gives more robustness to the executive committee and improvement in governance, professionalization.
Pontes will be CEO September 1st, and I will give full support as President, looking at the institutional part as I worked with Sergio the last three years. I reinforce that we have a lot of work with consultancy the last few years, designing this new phase that Randoncorp is going through. It is a transition. We have the vision of not bringing a CEO from the market at this moment. We thought that with internal work and the evaluations we have, we have in the executive committee executives that are prepared in a correct moment. They will take on the position and continue Randoncorp professionalization, improving its governance. I would like to highlight the work of Sergio Carvalho in these eight years has contributed very much in a positive manner to Randoncorp, connecting people and while generating prosperity, bringing sustainable growth, especially.
Sergio started in 2017 as CEO of Frasle, President, CEO of PRASMA, COO of Auto Parts and OEM Auto Parts, reinforces the work that Randon today positions itself in 2016 post-crisis, leaving a company of BRL 2.6 billion, 8,000 employees, like we call our collaborators, to a Randon that finishes 2024 with a revenue of almost BRL 12 billion revenue. With the entrance of close to AXA and ABS, 20,000 employees approximately. It is an important moment. We will continue to count with Sergio in this contract September 1st as our Senior Executive Advisor. He will have an important role to consolidate seeking the planning and results. We have agreed until 2027. We will have the support not only for strategy, but as it was said, supporting the executive committee. Leaderships are still preparing themselves and evolving.
We're very happy to continue with Sergio in a different phase, not being in the executive board anymore, but contributing for Randoncorp to reach its goals, overcoming and going beyond the goals, sustainable growth, contributing to all stakeholders. Once again, I want to thank Sergio for the partnership, this transition moment, an adequate time. Proper so we can prepare the company the best way possible for the next challenges and the next years. Thank you, Sergio, and I pass the floor to Anderson Pontes.
Thank you, Daniel. Thank you, Sergio, Paulo. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for being with us. It's a transition that has been planned for some time in Frasle Mobility, specifically Sergio had an agreement productive of phase allowed to prepare the executive body for this moment.
It's not just Anderson, Daniel here now, Anderson, Guilherme, Marcelo, Montagnoli have a seniority that is important, globalized people experienced in this automotive market. Frasle is preparing for this for some time. I think that the transformation of Frasle was built headed by Sergio, but me, Anderson, and the other colleagues participated in this transformation journey from a monoproduct company to a multi-product company, multi-channel, protected regarding the macroeconomic and geopolitical movements that can happen. Undeniable, we need to thank Sergio, the learning, genuine learning. Sergio is a professional that balanced the execution strategy with a human side, caring for people, caring for the environment, always seeking what's right. This is rooted in the DNA of how the Randon family, second generation, Daniel here, Sergio potentialized this.
We hope to continue this way, to continue with the values and the core of the company seeking the capture of results through synergy. Daniel Randon, as President of Frasle, has an important role creating the connection between Randon and the realistic companies, seeking the ideal point for living together with synergy. We hope the next 70 years of Frasle comes, 75 years, 76 years of Randon comes, favorable journey comes, very robust for this transition. I want to thank once again for being with us. Caroline, the floor is yours.
Thank you, Anderson. Now we will go to our first question from Lucas Laghi analyst of XP . Lucas, we can hear you. You ask your question.
Good morning. Thank you, Caroline. First, welcome back, Daniel. I wish you success for you, Sergio, with the conclusion of this journey. I have two things about what was said to understand better.
Pontes will take on as CEO of Frasle to confirm as he will continue in Randon in an international position. He will accumulate the two positions in Frasle and Randon. Second point to understand regarding the continuity of the transition of Daniel as CEO to Randon to understand if it's clear if it's a transition moment or you go back to have the management like it was with Sergio as CEO of Randon, or it's a definitive plan of Daniel continuing as CEO of Randoncorp. To understand these two points to make it clear. Thank you.
Perfect, Lucas. Thank you for your question, for being in this call, even with the short notice. Regarding your first question regarding Pontes's function, to confirm he will accumulate the position of CEO of Randon and continue EVP at Randon.
He will be CEO of Frasle and EVP in Frasle for auto parts. Regarding your second question, Daniel, I pass the floor to you to mention the transition that we're starting now.
Lucas, thank you for your questions and this moment when I return. It's a new phase. We have the executive committee that's more mature, as I mentioned. We have the opportunity. I will be able to delegate more in the sense of the moment that we have in the moment of the company, in the moment we have. As I said, we have COMEX evaluation, the main executives. I understand from what I understood, we brought up more that it's a transitory moment where we can restart next year's structure where we have a Randoncorp CEO being a professional for the market and not linked to the shareholder controller. It's clear.
Thank you, Sergio. See you soon.
See you soon.
Our next question comes from André Mazini, analyst of Citi. Good morning, André. You can ask your question.
Hi. Thank you for the opportunity here. Welcome back, Daniel. All the luck in the world, Sergio. It's nice to know. A simple question. Daniel, did you imagine that he would go back to an executive position? Was this in his mind when he left three, four years ago? That's the question. Thank you.
Thank you for your question, for being on this call. Despite Daniel having left three years ago, more or less as CEO, he was very much present as president for the institutional, more institutional issues or for the events, events with the investors, conference with the events. I'll pass the floor to you, Daniel. It's better if you answer this directly.
Thank you, Sergio. Thank you, André , for the question.
These three years were an opportunity to contribute more, looking at the institutional part of Randon, continue with the customers, but also the public side or ESG mission. We reinforced this work, participated in events like Davos COP28. We are supporting COP30 also. Also, brand and reputation issues contributing with Sergio, together with Sergio in the part of strategy and internationalization. My vision, if I could count with Sergio as a CEO for a few more years, that would be great. We understand his moment. We understand the executive board moment. As I said to Lucas, it's a temporary return. We are investing a lot in our peers at Randoncorp, in our leadership, but I hope that I can contribute. Now my focus changes, looking more into the operation initially, especially, but in a different way than when I was as CEO until 2021. Thank you.
Thank you for your question, André . We will close the Q&A session now, and I pass the floor once again to Daniel Randon for his final considerations and Sergio also.
Once again, I want to thank the opportunity to clarify this moment of transition, reinforcing that Randoncorp, in its 76 years of history, is in a very good moment with the market, with the customers, international presence that's stronger, investing in technology, in disruptive products and digital transformation, artificial intelligence. We know the challenge that the country is going through in the moment, looking as a company. We see that the company is in a moment where we have the quality and capacity to continue to grow, adding value, generating value with the shareholders and all stakeholders. Once again, I want to thank Sergio Carvalho for the partnership, right, Sergio?
Eight years in Randoncorp, the story or history with our joint venture master. We are very happy to count with Sergio in this new position. We will continue to contribute, especially in the most important strategic moments that the company needs with the international sustainable growth that we will continue to trail. Sergio, please.
Thank you, Daniel. Yes. I want to thank the collaboration all these years, your participation today also, and we soon will start the second call talking about results. Thanks to this positive view of the future of the company, Randoncorp will continue to prosper, grow. We have a management body that is very strong, not only in the executive committee, but in the levels below also. It is a company with a different culture that has gained meaningful spaces in global environments, and this future will be very good.
You will continue to see all this progress and evolution. Thank you so much for your support.
Thank you, Sergio. Thank you, Daniel. We invite everyone to access the link for the results video conference so we can start the explanation about the fourth quarter of 2024 and 2024. Thank you for everyone's participation. See you soon.
