Renuka Foods PLC engages in the food and beverage businesses in Sri Lanka and internationally.

The company operates through two segments, Agri Foods and Consumer Brands. It manufactures, markets, and exports coconut-based food and beverages, such as coconut milk powder, spread, milk and cream, flour, milk drinks, chips, and water; creamed, sweetened, desiccated and organic coconut; and virgin coconut oil.

The company also offers canned fish, including jack mackerel, mackerel, tuna chunks, and tuna spreads; dairy products comprising flavoured and non-flavoured pasteurized milk, ultra heat treated flavoured and non-flavoured milk, dairy cream and cheese, yoghurt, and curd; culinary products, such as soya meat, including chicken, curry, cuttle, fish, and prawn; ethnic food and spices; snacks and confectionery; fruit beverages; and baking products.

In addition, it provides green, flavoured, and black tea; premium and organic tea and tisanes. Further, the company engages in investment in plantation, farm, and vertical integration projects; organic certified cultivation activities of agriculture; planting and management of forestry; and provision of warehousing facilities.

The company was formerly known as Renuka Shaw Wallace PLC and changed its name to Renuka Foods PLC in October 2014.

Renuka Foods PLC was founded in 1866 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Renuka Foods PLC operates as a subsidiary of Renuka Agro Exports (Pvt) Ltd.
