The Vehicle Sales segment sells brand new, special purpose, and pre-owned vehicles. The Automotive Engineering Solutions segment provides premium and mainstream vehicles aftersales; marine and general engineering; vehicles and pumps assembly; recreation of vehicles; and education services for engineering and automotive solutions.
The Retail Segment sells automotive parts, tyres, auto-care solutions, lighting products, power tools, home appliances, gardening, and construction solutions.
The Infrastructure Engineering segment is involved in the sale and service of construction machinery; storage and material handling solutions; car parking solutions; and water and fluid management projects.
The Agriculture segment imports, processes, distributes fertilizer, seeds, agrochemical and plant nutrients, agri machinery, and organic food products; trades in coconut based products; and researches and designs techno-parks.
It also provides agri advisory services; agriculture pipes; agri techonolgies including micro-irrigation and greenhouse projects; processes and sells coconut shell charcoal for local and export markets, as well as operates customer experience centre.
The Power Engineering & Building Services offers engineering and related solutions for power and energy; generates solar power; building technologies; and elevator and escalator solutions.
The Healthcare segment provides medical equipments, consumables, pharmaceuticals, cardiology devices, and contrast mediums.
