It also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the The Montepuez Graphite Project with a total area of 14,656.05 hectares located near Montepuez, in the province of Cabo Delgado.

The company was formerly known as Global Li-Ion Graphite Corp. and changed its name to Lion Critical Minerals Corp. in May 2026.
