Good afternoon, everyone. This is Warwick Smith of American Pacific Mining Corp, coming to you in the late afternoon of October 31st, Halloween. Very pleased to announce we have completed the transaction, taking over Constantine Metals and most importantly, taking over the Palmer deposit up in Alaska. It's been a long road, challenging, but I'm very pleased to have this done. It's difficult, to put it mildly, to get access to these big projects, that have already known defined resources, but incredible upside as well. It's something that I'm very pleased to bring into the fold for American Pacific and our and the shareholders, most importantly. We will now start working with our partner, Dowa Mining & Metals, who we look forward to getting to know, and working very closely with.
I'm looking forward to getting a better feel for everything that's happened in 2022 and communicating that with you, as well as the game plan for 2023, which looks extensive. We're incredibly excited about this. Look, it's 14 million tons of high-grade copper and zinc, with a 2019 PEA in place, 15 VMS showings of which only, I believe, four are in the PEA. There's a lot of exploration upside to go at here, but it's already a great size. I'm incredibly pleased that we've gotten to this point. Very thankful for the team around us that has helped get this challenging transaction over the line. American Pacific's in a very good, strong position.
We've got around CAD 10 million in cash between cash and warrants that are in the money. We've got a fantastic partnership with Rio Tinto, that's gonna see a big year ahead, down in Montana as well. Those two premier partners and premier assets and the lead assets to the company are something that we're proud of, and incredibly excited about as we drive this forward. Lots of news to come forward now. I'm very happy to get this behind us, and look forward to a significant amount of excitement in the near future.
