It constructs secondary networks; manufactures pre-insulated pipes; sells chilled water related products; and offers building energy efficiency services.

In addition, the company provides commissioning and engineering, water treatment, and design and supervision consultancy services, as well as engages in billing and collection of chilled water charges.
