This benchmark is composed of high-quality, investment-grade green bonds, which are issued by European nations and exclusively denominated in Euros. Green Bonds are specifically designed to channel funds towards initiatives that generate beneficial environmental outcomes. For a bond to qualify for inclusion in the index, it must be certified as a “Green Bond” by the Climate Bonds Initiative and adhere to strict criteria, including a minimum outstanding issuance value of €300 million, originating primarily from Eurozone sovereign entities, possessing at least one year until maturity, holding an investment-grade credit rating, and being denominated solely in EUR. Consistent with other Amundi ETFs, this product offers a transparent, liquid, and cost-efficient investment solution for accessing its underlying benchmark on an exchange.
