It is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in the US dollar denominated, fixed-rate, and investment grade treasury notes with a remaining maturity of between 7 and 10 years. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares II Public Limited Company - iShares Barclays $ Treasury Bond 7-10. iShares $ Treasury Bond 7-10yr UCITS ETF was formed on December 8, 2006 and is domiciled in Ireland.
