In addition, the company offers advanced deposition systems for various applications, such as manufacture of magnetoresistive random access memory, thin film read/write heads, sensors, inductors, micro-LEDs, and other components in semiconductor technology; and TIMARIS modular system platform which enables deposition of ultra thin layers and processing of sensitive materials for specific applications.
Further, it provides turnkey solutions. The company serves photovoltaics, semiconductor, medical technology, packaging, glass/automotive, and battery and hydrogen markets.
