The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests in the fixed-rate, Euro-denominated corporate bonds issued by industrial, utility, and financial companies and with a maturity of greater than one year. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Euro Corporate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays Capital Euro Corporate Bond ETF. SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - State Street SPDR Bloomberg Euro Corporate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on May 23, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
