The fund is co-managed by Deutsche Asset Management (UK) Limited and Deutsche Asset Management Investment GmbH. It invests in the fixed income markets of Germany. The fund invests in the fixed-rate, Euro-denominated sovereign bonds with maturity of more than one year. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the iBoxx € Germany Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as db x-trackers II - Germany Government Bond UCITS ETF (DR). Xtrackers Germany Government Bond UCITS ETF was formed on January 5, 2010 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
