The fund invests in the public equity markets of developed countries in Europe excluding the United Kingdom. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector, which include equity REITs and property companies. The fund invests in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Ex UK Capped Net Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index.
