The fund is co-managed by Blackrock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in Sterling denominated; fixed-rate corporate bonds issued by large-cap industrial, utilities, and financial companies with at least one year to maturity. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx GBP Liquid Corporates Large Cap Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares Public Limited Company - iShares Core £ Corporate Bond UCITS ETF. iShares Core £ Corp Bond UCITS ETF was formed on March 29, 2004 and is domiciled in Ireland.
