Amundi USD Emerging Markets Government Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Amundi Luxembourg S.A. It is managed by Amundi Asset Management. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of emerging countries across the globe. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the US Dollar-denominated, fixed-rate sovereign bonds with a maturity of more than 1.25 years. The fund invests in the securities that are rated as CCC- and above by S&P, CCC and above by Fitch and Caa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Emerging Markets Sovereigns Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as Amundi ETF Global Emerging Bond Markit iBoxx UCITS ETF. Amundi USD Emerging Markets Government Bond UCITS ETF was formed on November 4, 2010 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
