The fund invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays UK Gilt Index, by investing in the securities as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays Capital UK Gilt ETF. SSgA SPDR Barclays UK Gilt UCITS ETF was formed on May 17, 2012 and is domiciled in Ireland.
