Xtrackers II - EUR High Yield Corporate Bond 1-3 Swap UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment S.A. It is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in fixed and floating rate, Euro denominated corporate bonds with a maturity of between 1 and 3 years. The fund invests in high yield securities that are rated as between BB+ and CC by S&P and Fitch and between Ba1 and Ca by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid High Yield 1-3 Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as db x-trackers II - iBoxx EUR High Yield Bond 1-3 UCITS ETF. Xtrackers II - EUR High Yield Corporate Bond 1-3 Swap UCITS ETF was formed on January 8, 2015 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
