It also provides cash management services, including merchant/point of sale terminal acquiring, bill/fees payment, reporting, account, flow and liquidity management, cash, and electronic banking services, as well as business cards; working capital finance that include project and infrastructure, industrial project, acquisition, and structured corporate finance, as well as syndicated loans and leverage buy outs; and trade finance services comprising letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collection, standby letters of credit, and avalised bills and bills discounting; and treasury services.
In addition, the company offers investment banking services, as well as invests in liquid assets, such as short-term placements and government debt securities.
It serves individuals, high net worth clients, institutional clients, and businesses. The company was formerly known as Societe Generale Ghana Limited and changed its name to Societe Generale Ghana PLC.
