The company is involved in the distribution of IT products; provision of IT products and services, supply chains management and warehouse transport, electronic settlement business center, project holding and marketing research services, cloud services in the PRC, information technology and services, and aviation leasing; as well as production and sale of smartphones and computer peripheral product.
It serves individuals, small and medium enterprises, large corporations, and government entities through a distribution network of resellers comprising retailers, system integrators, and corporate dealers.
The company was formerly known as VST Holdings Limited and changed its name to VSTECS Holdings Limited in June 2017.
