The Wholesale segment operates five distribution centers, which sells timber-related products from the sawmills, plywood plants, and external suppliers in Germiston, Polokwane, Gqeberha, Durban, and Cape Town.

The Agricultural segment owns land with avocados, citrus and macadamias orchards, fruit packaging facility, and lumber and pallet plants.

The company was incorporated in 1916 and is headquartered in Sabie, South Africa.
