Sentral REIT Company Description

SENTRAL is a Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") incorporated in Malaysia and listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") in 2007.

SENTRAL is managed by Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd ("we", "SRM" or the "Manager"), which has two shareholders, namely, Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd ("MRCB") and Global Jejaka Sdn Bhd ("GJSB").

SENTRAL's investment objective is to acquire and invest in commercial properties primarily in Malaysia with a view to generate long-term growth and sustainable distribution of income to our unitholders.

As of 31 December 2023, SENTRAL owns 10 commercial properties in Malaysia with a combined value of RM2.521 billion.
