It is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, Blackrock Financial Management Inc., and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe. It invests directly and through derivatives such as forward contracts in fixed-rate, US Dollar, Euro, Sterling, and Canadian Dollar denominated corporate bonds with the returns being hedged to Swiss franc. The fund invests in high yield securities that rated between BB+ and C by S&P, Ba1 and Ca by Moody's, and BB+ and CCC by Fitch and with the minimum time to maturity of 1.5 years. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx Global Developed Markets Liquid High Yield Capped (CHF Hedged) Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. iShares Global High Yield Corp Bond CHF Hedged UCITS ETF was formed on April 14, 2013 and is domiciled in Ireland.
