The WisdomTree Brent Crude Oil 3x Daily Leveraged is a fully backed Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC). Its primary objective is to offer investors an amplified (3x) daily return linked to the performance of Brent Crude Oil. Specifically, the ETC aims to replicate three times the daily movements of the Solactive Brent Crude Oil Commodity Futures SL Index (SOLWSCO2). This is further adjusted by incorporating any earned interest revenue and deducting associated product fees and operational costs. To illustrate this leverage, if the Solactive Brent Crude Oil Commodity Futures SL Index increases by 1% in a single day, the ETC is designed to gain approximately 3% (before accounting for charges). Conversely, a 1% decline in the index over the same period would typically result in an approximate 3% decrease for the ETC, excluding any fees.
