The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Dow Jones Asia/Pacific Select Dividend 30 Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. It was formerly known as iShares Public Limited Company - iShares DJ Asia/Pacific Select Dividend 30 Fund. iShares Asia Pacific Dividend UCITS ETF formed on June 2, 2006 and is domiciled in Ireland.
