It is co-managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests directly and uses derivatives such as forward contracts to invest in the fixed-rate, corporate bonds issued by industrials, utilities, and financial companies, the returns being hedged to Euro. The fund invests in investment grade securities with a minimum maturity of one year. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Global Aggregate Corporate Index (EUR hedged), by employing representative sampling methodology. iShares Global Corporate Bond EUR Hedged UCITS ETF was formed on May 31, 2013 and is domiciled in Ireland.
