It invests in the fixed and floating rate, British Pound denominated corporate, quasi-sovereign, and covered bonds with a maturity of up to 3 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx GBP Liquid Investment Grade Ultrashort Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. iShares £ Ultrashort Bond UCITS ETF was formed on October 16, 2013 and is domiciled in Ireland.
