SSgA SPDR ETFS Europe II Public Limited Company - State Street SPDR Morningstar Multi-Asset Global Infrastructure UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in the public equity and fixed income markets across the globe. The fund seeks to invest in the securities operating in the infrastructure sector, which include energy, utilities, transportation and infrastructure, communication and telecom assets, and social infrastructure such as education, medical care, and managed and long term care facilities sectors. For its equity portion, it invests in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in fixed-rate corporate and quasi-sovereign bonds with a minimum maturity of 13 months. It invests in securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Morningstar Global Multi-Asset Infrastructure Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
