It invests in the fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in US Dollar denominated, fixed rate corporate bonds with a maturity of at least 2 years. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Investment Grade 150 Mid Price TCA Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology.
