The company offers electricity, power, thermal energy in hot water, thermal energy in steam, blast furnace blast, fresh technical water, chemically purified water, compressed air; resale of energy resources services; and provides agency services for the transmission of thermal energy.

In addition, it provides logistic services. The company was formerly known as Mechel OAO and changed its name to Mechel PAO in March 2016.
