The company also engages in the development and rental of real estate projects comprising residential communities, integrated industrial townships, and commercial hubs; provision of property management services; development of infrastructure projects, including water supply, water distribution, wastewater treatment, water-related infrastructure, regional airports, communication towers, data centers, and integrated economic centers; manufacture, development, exploitation, and sale of cement, concrete, marble, and other building materials; quarrying, crushing, mixing, processing, sale, and dealing in limestone; and provision of aviation and insurance services.

The company was formerly known as Cebu Pan Asian Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. in December 1993.
