Welcome back everyone. We have an update from Vislink Technologies, Inc. It trades on the OTCQB under the symbol VISL. It is a global leader in live video transmission and data communication technology, specializing in premium RF transmitters and 5G transmitters and receivers, wireless live video broadcast encoders and decoders, and AI technology to provide cutting-edge solutions for seamless video transmission and reception. Happy to welcome its CEO, Mickey Miller. Welcome, Mickey. We are looking forward to hearing your update today.
Ana, good afternoon. It is great to be here today to talk about Vislink. As you said, we are a mission critical wireless video intelligence company serving defense, public safety, and broadcast. Those customers are around the world, and in the next six minutes, I hope to share with you why we believe this is one of the more compelling growth stories in defense technology today. Then we will open it up to questions. First we have got the safe harbor statement. As you know, many of the things we will talk about today are forward-looking statements based on our business and industry. These are based on current expectation and assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties described in our OTC filings. Actual results may differ materially. With that housekeeping out of the way, let us get into the business. Who is Vislink?
We are a global leader in mission critical, high performance, real-time, AI-driven video intelligence. What does that mean? That is technology that captures and moves live video, data, and voice very reliably and even in the toughest RF environments is where we succeed. We operate across three markets, sports, media, entertainment, and we present at the highest levels. Super Bowl, Wimbledon. We just completed the FIFA World Cup, and of course, Formula One. In defense, we are used by MODs around the world for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. In public safety, we support border installations. We support just monitoring of current situations. Underneath it all, it is the same technology, core technology, a hybrid mix of RF, of bonding capability, mesh networking, 5G, and satellite, all encompassed by artificial intelligence. Looking at our Q2, we did $5.8 million in revenue. That was up 22.6% year-over-year.
For the first half of 2026, ending in June, we did $11.3 million, which is up 19.6% over the year. Most importantly, we achieved two consecutive quarters of positive non-GAAP EBITDA. I want to highlight, these numbers included a significant investment in R&D and in business development for revenues that we have not seen yet on the defense side. Our revenues today do not have a material impact from either U.S. or European departments of war. An example of that, of our new products, is our new 5G tactical bubble called the DOME. It is deployable operational mobile edge, which brings AI to the edge and addresses exactly what operators are asking for today. Coupled with that, we have implemented a company-wide AI initiative to become AI native in all our processes to bring products to market faster, support our customers better, and reduce our overall operating costs.
So what that means for investors, first, we have successfully done a compelling pivot. We used to be 80% broadcast. In the first quarter, we were 50% broadcast, 50% government. We have a clear path to get to 70% of defense and public safety while keeping our broadcast customers at where they are in the current levels today. We have a genuine technology moat. We are the only one with waveform agnostic supplier providing 5G, RF, and satellite in one mission control platform protected by patented hybrid networking. Third, we have shown our credible path to profitability. We have already been non-GAAP EBITDA positive in the first half. Fourth is our customer incumbency. We have done business over the years with over 200 defense and public safety users, including the Army, the Air Force, DHS here in the U.S., alongside our partners Airbus, L3Harris, Northrop Grumman. Fifth, our new products.
We have three new products that have been introduced. One most recently is a DOME that I mentioned, but our Air to Anywhere products, our Aero5 5G Starlink bonded solution, along with our AeroLink RF product. On the customer side, this is not a story about potential customers. It is a story about existing customers. We already work across defense and military governments throughout the world, aerospace and defense OEMs, and of course, the global broadcast and media environment. This is a company with proven relationships, not one hoping to build them. An example of that, these are concrete real deployments. In the defense and public safety, most the majority of aviation public safety organizations in the U.S. and also in the Middle East use our Air to Anywhere solutions. This all started actually back in the 1990s when they followed O.J.'s white Bronco down the 405.
That technology is what the public safety organizations seeing what broadcasters were doing and brought that into their own operations. The Super Bowl is a great example. This shows a picture of the 25 Super Bowl. We did the same in the 26 Super Bowl. Over 56 and 26 is over 60 simultaneous wireless cameras. It is one of the most congested RF environments in the world, and we provided less than 30 milliseconds latency across every link. We did the same thing. We had 75% of the links in the World Cup. Lastly, MotoGP. We have 100 wireless camera points per event. 36 of those are simultaneous RF transmissions. What is interesting about this, it is picked up every week and brought to a new venue, 22 venues over 18 countries in over 36 weeks.
That shows that we are proven in extreme RF environments for all types of operations, and that is where our expertise lies. Here is an example of the DOME product I talked about. This product is a 5G tactical bubble that allows the operator to connect to rotary aircraft, to drones, to any type of uncrewed product, as well as both NATO alliances, and create a network where they can connect. It can be back hauled through satellite. It can be back hauled through the tactical mesh network. It can be brought into an AI environment to make real-time edge AI decisions. We see this not only in the defense side, but in public safety, in fire and rescue. This is the type of product that the operators are looking for. The other product is our Aero5 product. This is a ruggedized aircraft grade transmitter.
It captures onboard feeds and compresses them, then bonds up to six to eight modems coupled with a LEO modem, so it could be Starlink, for resilient high bandwidth transmission. This allows for public safety to use the terrestrial network as opposed to having their own dedicated receive network to provide low latency 4K video. It is all managed by our software LinkMatrix platform. It is exactly the kind of resilient multi-path connectivity modern defense and public safety organizations require. What is the opportunity? This is an opportunity that Vislink was built for. NATO has already talked about committing 5% of GDP by 2035. Europe and Canada alone hit a record of 20% increase in 2025 to $571 billion. The U.S. Congress approved the budget of $901 billion for 2026. That is the largest defense authorization in the history of the U.S.
Underneath both these numbers is even a bigger shift. The world is going uncrewed. The global uncrewed market for drones, unmanned service vessels, ground vehicles, is projected to reach $67 billion by 2033, growing 11% a year. Every one of those, even autonomous, needs a resilient link back to command. That is exactly what Vislink builds. Waveform agnostic RF mesh 5G and satellite connectivity wrapped with an AI layer. Where are we? We have accelerated revenue. We have done a clear pivot to high growth defense markets. We have a genuine technology moat and our defense buildup that plays directly to our strengths. That is Vislink. That is what we are doing. If you would like to learn more, you can reach out to me directly at cmm@vislink.com or that is my cell number there. Ana, happy to take questions. Thank you.
Perfect. Thank you for that. Yes. Talk about how big is the defense opportunity for Vislink?
We think it is phenomenal. If you look at the U.S. today, we talked about $901 billion for a defense budget this year. Next year, they are talking about $1.5 trillion. Where that comes out, we will have to see through Congress, but it is going to be up, and we are going to continue to see Europe as well as Asia and the Middle East. Given current geopolitics, we will see increases there. We are very excited about how this is moving from a defense standpoint. We look at what we can bring to help these countries defend themselves and what we do in terms of command and control connectivity across multi-platforms, multi-waveforms, bringing that together with AI is a critical capability that they look for as they go to build their next generation defense systems.
When do you expect to see orders from the U.S. Department of Defense?
It's tough to gauge that. We're actively involved in several programs across various services that we're very optimistic about. We're building our platform in support of partners to be able to deliver even more. What's key for the DOW right now is the ability to scale and the ability to support their needs very rapidly. We've positioned ourselves to do that through our supply chain. We're very excited. It's difficult to predict, but we're optimistic, and we're working every day to bring those opportunities to the next level.
How will AI impact Vislink's future?
Ana, in a couple of ways, both in our products, as I mentioned in our DOME product, we have AI compute that's available to our customers for their applications as well as we'll have applications on that. I think even more importantly, we're implementing it into every process within our company, whether it's customer facing go to market or our product development processes, either on mechanical or software design. We see it as an incredible way to grow while not increasing headcount and bring better products faster to the market that have been validated and meets our customer needs. We see it as a great way to accelerate growth for the company.
Perfect. Well, thank you for this. We have lots more questions for you. We will send them to you so you can answer on your own, but please come back with some more positive updates.
All right. Thank you, Ana.
All right, everyone, we will be right back.
